Checkout

A hosted checkout you shape, not code.

Choose a template, apply merchant theme tokens, and show buttons or fields only when their conditions match.

Templates and tokens

Start with a layout, then make it yours.

All templates share the same guarded token system with merchant-specific overrides.

  • Twenty-four checkout tokens cover color, type, radii, buttons, inputs, summaries, and motion.
  • Unknown, unsafe, or unsupported CSS values are filtered from drafts and rejected at publish.

Buttons and conditions

Offer the right way to pay for this checkout.

Mix provider redirects with direct payment methods, then evaluate button and field conditions as rules.

  • Provider buttons open a Stripe Checkout Session or an Adyen Pay-by-Link.
  • Card data is handled by a PCI-compliant relay. SHINRO does not operate its own token vault today and aims to build one.
  • If configured button conditions do not match at creation time, no payment intent or client secret is created.

Draft to live

Draft safely, publish a version, then go live.

Checkout configuration moves through draft and published versions before going live.

  • Save changes as a draft before publishing them.
  • Keep draft and live operation explicit for connected provider accounts.
  • Published versions keep the live checkout stable while the next draft changes.

Items and summary

Show the customer exactly what they are paying.

The checkout shows line items, subtotal, included VAT and the total in the payment currency.

  • Line items keep description, quantity, and amount together.
  • Subtotal and included VAT remain visible before confirmation.
  • The total uses the checkout session currency and amount.
